There is a thin line between unworthiness, confidence and arrogance. It's a delicate dance. I think when one feels worthy and is in tune with who they really then whatever they are doing online or in their personal life becomes of reflection of that. It's what's translates into whether a post is stating facts, self depricating, self promotion or an egocentric brag. It's all in the motive and energy behind it.
